Easy Cheddar Bae Biscuits
Biscuits are great to enjoy for all meals! Use it to make a breakfast sandwich, as a nice addition to dinner, or as a snack to pair with homemade jam! Well, I’m here to share my easy semi-homemade Cheddar Bae biscuits that are even better than the refrigerated canned options. Seriously! These require everyday ingredients that you should have in your kitchen. All you need is Bisquick pancake mix, milk, and a very other ingredients.
I used cheddar and a butter sauce to top the biscuits here but you can alter this recipe to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients:
2 cups of Bisquick Mix
3/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
For the Garlic Butter
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of dried parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a bowl, add the Bisquick Mix, 1/4 cup of milk, cheddar cheese and garlic powder. Mix and combine.
Add in the remaining milk. Mix and combine once more. You should have a sticky biscuit dough.
Lightly grease a baking sheet. Drop spoonfuls of dough on the greased baking sheet about one inch apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
For the garlic butter, add the butter, garlic powder, and parsley to a small bowl. Microwave for 30-40 seconds until melted. Once melted, brush the garlic butter onto your baked biscuits and enjoy!
Notes: Get creative with this recipe and add in other ingredients to make it your own. Here are other suggestions to simplify or to kick things up a notch:
Here’s some more inspiration to kick these up a notch:
Plain: omit the cheddar and garlic powder in the biscuit dough. Melt butter as a topping as well without the garlic powder and parsley.
Sweet: add in a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of brown sugar to the biscuit dough in place of the garlic powder and cheddar.
Spicy: For a spicy kick, add in jalapenos to your biscuit dough along with the other ingredients.
Salty & Fatty: add in crumbles of cooked bacon to your biscuit dough along with the other ingredients.
Garlic & Herb: Add in rosemary and italian seasoning to the butter instead of parsley along with the garlic powder.
